Operator Master is designed to work without requiring your name, email address, or account.
Information kept on your device
Study preferences, progress, results, and unsent question reports may be stored locally so the app can resume and work reliably. Removing the app or clearing its data may erase that information.
Question reports
A submitted report may include the question ID, certification level, study mode, topic, report category, your written description, content version, and timestamps. Your selected answer and score are not attached. Do not include private plant information or a real exam question.
Service and diagnostic data
Hosting and measurement services may process limited browser, device, and network information needed to operate, secure, and understand use of the service. The question-report record is not designed to store your IP address.
Sharing and sale
Operator Master does not sell personal information. Data may be processed by service providers used to host, secure, measure, or maintain the product, or disclosed when legally required.
Your choices
You may use the study experience without submitting a question report. You can also clear locally stored data through your device or browser settings.
