Pricing and Payment
Practice questions are free for everyone. Courses cost money only for operators whose certificate is from Alabama, Arizona, Idaho and South Carolina, where Operator Master certificates count for renewal now. Everywhere else, the whole course and its certificate are free until your board accepts the courses.

Do you pay? It depends on your certificate state.
If your operator certificate is from Alabama, Arizona, Idaho and South Carolina, the prices below apply. If it is from anywhere else, courses are free for you.
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where the law requires it. You pay on a secure Stripe checkout page, then come back here.
Utility and Team Plans
A utility can cover its whole crew with one yearly invoice, due in 30 days. Each operator gets every course for one year, and supervisors see their crew's courses, scores and certificates. $100 per operator per year for 1 to 9 operators; $80 per operator per year for 10 to 24 operators; $60 per operator per year for 25 or more operators.

Paid Courses and Refunds
If your state or provincial certification board will not accept an Operator Master certificate you paid for, email support@operatormaster.com within 90 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. A refund ends paid access to what was refunded. Certificates already issued stay on record. Read the terms.
